Photography-related movies

I recently watched Michelangelo Antonioni’s Blow-Up, which I first saw in a History of Film course in college. The main character was based on fashion photographer David Bailey, who was shooting from the chewy center of the “swinging London” fashion/celebrity scene in the 60s. As a suspense flick, it’s more than a little dated these days, but the studio scenes are priceless.

Seeing this movie again got me thinking about reviving the BPC Movie Nights, and got me wondering about other good photography-related movies. What are your favorites?

  1. You can learn a lot from this video. I treat seniors and babies like this. The results are worth it!
