A Small Way You Can Help The People of Haiti…

Horrific doesn’t begin to describe the devastation in Haiti. We’ve seen photos of search and rescue efforts – people hurt, hungry, thirsty, and desperate for help. The earthquake’s effect will continue in the months and most likely years ahead – people will need ongoing medical care for their injuries and illnesses. It’s our responsibility to help out in any way we can.

Doctors Without Borders is one of the largest groups in Haiti providing care for earthquake victims. Boston Photography Center supports their efforts and will hold a silent auction this Sunday to raise money for the organization. Over 40 members of the BPC donated prints and other items for this event. Cash donations will also be accepted at the door. Please visit our Facebook page and click on the “events” tab to view the invitation. Below are a few of the images that will be part of the silent auction. We hope you can join us!

When: Sunday, January 24th 4-7pm
Where: 33 Restaurant and Lounge
33 Stanhope Street
Boston, MA 02116
